Hydrate the lineage node id (data_node_id) on schema/table/column results. This requires an
extra per-entity-type lookup, so only the lineage typeahead (which navigates by data_node_id)
sets it; other searches leave it false.

Defaults to SEARCH_METHOD_UNSPECIFIED

Controls how a search term is matched against indexed names.

  • SEARCH_METHOD_UNSPECIFIED: Unset behaves the same as SEARCH_METHOD_EXACT_TERM.
  • SEARCH_METHOD_EXACT_TERM: Match the term exactly (no fuzziness). A term containing "*" is treated as a wildcard.
  • SEARCH_METHOD_CONTAINS: Per-word "contains" matching: split the term on whitespace; every word must match via a
    "word" wildcard or a fuzzy match.
